Common questions
What is the minimum order value? +
For commission work we typically need a minimum of around $8,000–10,000 FOB order value — below that the economics of a factory audit and third-party inspection don't work out for either side. For sample or trial orders, the practical floor is around 2,000 metres, depending on DN size.
Can I see factory quotes before committing? +
Yes. Every proposal includes itemized factory quotes and our fee separately. You see exactly what the factory charges and what we charge.
Do you only source HDPE pipes? +
Our core focus is HDPE and PVC pipe. We also source steel pipe and steel wire composite pipe on request. We don't source commoditized plumbing fittings or non-pipe products.
Can you handle small quantities like a single container? +
Yes. Many clients are contractors sourcing 1–2 containers for a single project. How much pipe fits in a container depends heavily on DN size — DN110 loads around 1,200–1,400m per 40'HC, while DN400 loads only 100–140m. Contact us with your spec and we'll advise on realistic order sizing.
What certifications can you verify? +
ISO 4427, ISO 4437 (gas), CE marking for the EU, AS/NZS 4130 (Australia/NZ), and BS EN 12201 (UK). We verify the certificate against the issuing body's database, not just the document.
