What We Do

Not every project uses standard DN sizes or off-the-shelf SDR ratios. We help buyers who need pipes manufactured to a custom specification — whether that’s a non-standard pressure class, a specific wall thickness for a third-party calculation, a custom color code, or a branded product line.

Custom Specification Examples

Non-standard DN or SDR

Some projects require pipe sizes not in a factory’s standard catalog (e.g., DN355, DN450) or SDR ratios between standard values. We negotiate with factories that have the tooling or can justify a tooling investment for the order volume.

Custom colors and markings

• Custom stripe colors for project identification
• Custom OD markings with project name, standard, and pressure class
• Printed text on pipe body

Co-extruded pipes

Pipes with a different outer layer compound for UV resistance, reduced friction for HDD, or enhanced abrasion resistance.

OEM / branded pipes

Your company name, logo, and specifications printed on the pipe. Minimum quantities typically apply (usually 10–20 tonnes per DN size).

Non-standard fittings

Reducing tees, custom-angle elbows, or flanged adaptors not available as standard.

Process

1. We review your non-standard requirement and assess feasibility
2. We identify 2–3 factories with the capability or tooling to produce
3. We coordinate a prototype / pilot run and verify dimensions against your spec
4. We manage production and pre-shipment inspection for the full order

Pricing

Varies by project complexity. Tooling costs (if required) are passed through directly and clearly stated. Our fee is 5% of FOB factory price.
