We negotiate factory prices in Mandarin, cross-check quotes against market rates, and draft the purchase order with your spec locked in writing before production starts.
What We Do
Most price errors and spec disputes originate at the quote stage — either because the buyer accepted the first number, or because the purchase order was vague enough to allow substitution. We handle negotiation in Mandarin and lock the specification in writing before any deposit is paid.
The Negotiation Process
- Market benchmarking — We compare the factory quote against current PE100 resin prices (Shanghai spot market), typical factory margins for your DN range, and rates from our network. We know what a fair price looks like
- Mandarin negotiation — We engage the factory directly in Chinese. Price, payment terms, production timeline, and delivery terms are all negotiated before the PO is issued
- Spec lock-in — Every critical parameter is written into the PO: DN, SDR, wall thickness tolerance, resin grade (PE100/PE80), standard (ISO 4427, etc.), stripe colour if applicable, and marking requirements
- Payment terms — We negotiate the T/T split (typically 30% deposit, 70% before shipment) and document the inspection trigger point for the balance payment
- PO review — We review the factory’s proforma invoice against the agreed spec before you sign anything

Why This Matters
The most common source of disputes is a PO that says “DN400 HDPE pipe” without specifying wall thickness, resin grade, or standard. Factories produce to the minimum that satisfies the order — which may not match what you expected. A precise PO prevents this.
