What We Do

Once an order is placed, most buyers go silent until they need the bill of lading. We fill the gap — checking in with the factory weekly, visiting at key milestones, and sending you photos and status reports so you’re never in the dark about your order.

What We Track

10% milestone

• Resin batch confirmed (PE100 COA reviewed)
• First production lengths checked: OD, wall thickness, markings
• Any early issues flagged immediately with factory response

50% milestone

• Production rate vs. schedule assessed
• Mid-run dimensional sample: wall thickness across 5 lengths
• Packaging and labelling check if bundling has started

90% milestone

• Near-final quantity confirmed against PO
• Packaging inspection: bundle integrity, end caps fitted, labels correct
• Pre-shipment inspection scheduling confirmed

Shipping confirmation

• Container loading supervised or confirmed via factory photo
• Seal number recorded
• Documents checklist completed before container departs

• Weekly email update (brief — what’s done, what’s next, any issues)
• Milestone photos at 10%, 50%, 90% production
• Immediate notification if production falls behind schedule or an issue is found

Why Buyers Value This

The most common late-order surprise is discovering after shipment that wall thickness drifted, a substitute resin was used, or the quantity is short. Milestone tracking catches these before the container is sealed — when there’s still time to fix them.
