What We Do

Before you commit to a full pipe order, you need to know the factory is real, properly certified, and capable of meeting your specification. We conduct on-site audits of shortlisted manufacturers so you can make a confident decision.

What We Verify

Certification validity

We check ISO 9001 and ISO 4427 certificates against the issuing body’s database. Expired or fraudulent ISO 9001 or ISO 4427 certificates are a common problem — we catch them before you pay a deposit.

Material sourcing

PE100 resin quality varies significantly between Chinese manufacturers. We verify the resin supplier (Sinopec, PetroChina, and other verified domestic producers) and review incoming material test certificates.

Production equipment

We inspect extrusion lines, confirm they can produce your specified DN, and check calibration records for wall thickness measurement equipment.

Production capacity

Can they deliver your quantity in your timeline? We review the production schedule and factory order book, not just the sales team’s assurances.

Quality control procedures

We review the factory’s QC process: incoming material testing, in-line dimensional checks, hydrostatic pressure test sampling, and final release criteria.

• Standalone audit: $300–600 per factory
• Included in commission engagements for the first factory audited
• Additional factories on same trip: $200 each
